Kathy Geiger was Sergeant at Arms for the day, getting things started quickly by fining the entire group their ‘max’ fine of $5 for the day before beginning the day’s fun game of “Main Street Trivia”, citing historical events, buildings, and nostalgia for Elkhart’s downtown history.
