Dr. Michael Hartman Spoke to the Club
About His Mission Trips to Laos
Member Dr. Larry Roberts was recognized for celebrating 50 years of marriage.
Terri Rickel was presented with a Paul Harris + 3 recognition and Joel Duthie was presented with a Paul Harris recognition. The Paul Harris Fellow recognition acknowledges individuals who contribute, or who have contributions made in their name or the name of family members, of $1,000 to The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International. Plus recognitions indicate the member has donated additional one-thousand-dollar amounts. The award was established in 1957 to show appreciation for and encourage substantial contributions to what was then the Foundation’s only program, Rotary Foundation Fellowships for Advanced Study, the precursor to Ambassadorial Scholarships.
The featured speaker was: Dr. Michael Hartman DVM, MD. Dr. Hartman shared his information about his 26 mission trips to Laos to help correct spinal problems.
