Did you know?… On April 10, 1919, Elkhart Rotarians agreed to support the effort to build a new hotel – Hotel Elkhart. Completed in 1923, the Hotel Elkhart was “Home” to the Elkhart Rotary Club until 1974! The renovation of the Hotel Elkhart is being led by Project Manager Dan Boecher, Cressy Commercial Real Estate’s Community Development Director. Dan will share the hotel’s past, present, and future plans in this exciting presentation that will include updated images and renderings of the hotel including the bar, café, rooftop, and ballroom. The re-imagined Hotel Elkhart will be unlike any other and has a great story to tell!

Dan Boecher has been involved in the Hospitality industry - - first as a lender and then as a Vice President for Asset Management and Development since 2010 - - and joined Cressy Commercial Real Estate in August of 2018 to lead the Hotel Elkhart project. Dan has lived in Elkhart with his wife and three daughters since 2002. He has a passion for being a part of the continuing renaissance in downtown Elkhart!
